2014/15 Australian Canoe Polo Calendar - Interstate Summer Series and Oceanias

The dates for the 2014/15 Interstate Summer Series have been released. You can find the dates and venues in the link below.

2014/15 Interstate Canoe Polo Calendar

The Summer Series usually feature several divisions, including: Open, Div 2, Women, Masters and Juniors/Youth. These competitions also serve as selection events for the 2015 Oceania Championships, which will be held in Victoria in April 2015.

After a short 1 week break, polo is back on.  Wednesday nights from 6:30pm at Beatty Park.

    Break 14/12 - 13/2

Polo Bat for Sale

We are now playing at Beatty Park, Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm.

Summer B-Grade Comp - Time to Nominate!

Hi all,

Next week is the start of our summer comp. The B-grade comp will run from 6:30 - 8:00pm.

To get this comp rolling we need:


Team nominations! If you don't have a team pop me an email and I can put you on one.

At least one more B-grade organiser as I will be coming straight from work on Wednesdays and cannot guarantee I will be at Scotch before 6:30.
Therefore, I will need someone to:

• assist (initiate if required) setting up fields for a 6:30 start

• remind people to get on the water

• welcome any new players and get them set up in polo kit

Team captains - this role can be shared if you so wish:As a team captain your role is to ensure:

• your team is on the water and ready to go for your games

• your team helps out with off water duties (refereeing, score keeping, time keeping etc)

• everyone has a bib (or equivalent coloured pfd)

Melbourne Invitational 26-27 April

Melbourne Invitational 26-27 April:

Just a quick note to you all that the Melbourne invitational is being held on April 26-27. Divisions are usually Open, Div 2 and Womens, with other division such as Masters and Juniors being dependent on the number of players/teams entered.
This competition is open to all ages and skill levels (however it is recommended you know the basic rules).
