Come'n'try

Perth premier canoe polo club is holding a number of "come and try" evenings over the coming weeks for you to come along and have a paddle, learn what canoe polo is all about and have some fun.

What is happening?
A series of four open nights will be held for anyone interested to come along and get on the water. All equipment supplies, just bring bathers and a towel.

When is it happening?
Wednesday nights, 23rd November to 14th December from 6:30pm


Where is it happening?
Scotch College, MtClaremont (see the map in the right panel).

What is Canoe Polo?
Canoe Polo is a fast, safe and fun way to improve your paddling skills, fitness and team work. Two teams of 5 players face each other in specially designed boast and equipment to ensure fast, safe play from men, women and teenagers.

Can I play Canoe Polo?
The Perth Canoe Polo Club consists of members from beginners to Australian representatives, from 14 to 75 years of age. All skill levels and ages are welcome.

2011/12 FEES

The annual fees have now come due for the 2011/12 season. As it sits there will be no change in fee cost or structure for the coming season.

The renewal process has changed since last year, you know how the option to do the renewal online, via the CWA/AC website rather than completing and submitting a hard copy of the form. (New members and Junior's are still required to submit forms due to CWA/AC requirements)

To perform the renewal;
  • Click on the "Renew Membership" icon to the right of this page, you will be re-directed to the Canoeing WA renew-membership page.
  • Enter your personal details, AC Number, Surname and select a renewal option;
    • The Benny Bennion Special is for Benny's use only.
    • Select "Over 55's Renewal" if you are Over 55 years of age and hold a valid Seniors or Pensioners Card
    • Select "Over 70's Renewal" if you are Over 70 years of age and hold a valid Seniors or Pensioners Card
    • Select "Renewing Adult Full" if you are over 18
    • Select "Second Club" if you have ALREADY REGISTERED AND PAID your CWA Membership component at another club.
  • You will then be presented with an invoice for payment, including payment instructions/details. Follow these instructions to pay!
If you have any issues with the process, or cannot get your AC number out of the website, please send me an email as i have a complete list.

If you have any issues with providing payment, please don't hesitate to contact the committee, we are reasonable people and will try and help you out.

Notes:

· Subtract the CWA Membership fee from total payable if you are a member of another CWA Affiliated club and have paid your CWA Membership through them. (Eg. Open $182, Junior $119 and Family $555)

· The playing fees component of the fees includes costs associated with pool hire, equipment hire and upkeep of all club owned equipment.
